The production process of shoes with peculiar feature requires technical and technological detailed conditions, activities and basic and auxiliary materials of many kinds.
Except than above, in order to manufacture our products we consider following specifications:
- Fashion trends of certain time
- To make correct selection of material colors, quality and substantiality of all kinds for design which prepared putting into production
- To consider consumption reality
- To select shoe-trees and shapes which are main specifications
- To make correct selection of soles and heels
- Goods /shoes/ which produced using by selected materials are commensurate with period of the year should meet with quality and health requirements.
- To make shoes suitable with feet shapes which meet with customers and clients’ satisfaction and we put them into following production lines such as:
- Design
- Templates-preparation processing
- Sewing
- Sewing stretching
- Soling and all kinds of production final stages

AGP design bureau in CHIG factory

Basing on researching modern trends, AGP design bureau have introduced products with peculiar solutions of colors and materials dedicated only for youths.
Many designers with high professional skills, who graduated from Institute of “Urlakh Erdem” specialized in designer of shoes and leather articles are working at the bureau.
- Designer Zolzaya took participation in “Spring Decoration-2006” festival which selects young designers as her traditional styling collection of shoes and bags, named “Epic step”, as daily shoes collection in“Spring Decoration-2007” and awarded by “Best designer of shoes and leather articles” and also she took successful participation in “Spring Decoration-2008” as her vanguard styling ensemble collection, named “Existing quality”.
AGP design bureau have introduced full size collection of shoes and bags with peculiar solution and conspicuous division of colors and materials having participated in UBFW-2008 cooperating with Institute of “Urlakh Erdem”.

1990’s….. Foreign goods were more enjoyable than domestic goods. Why Mongolian people can’t manufacture such nice products in their native country. At that time /1993/ we started our production first beginning, today we have made design compatible to feet of our clients having researched Mongolian people’s feet features and we make products using leather and hide materials which processed using with high technology and our products are convenient to the feet and compatible to harsh conditions of nature and climate.
During this period, numbers of our clients and costumers have been increased because we have permanently participated in “Made in Mongolia” first exposition, expositions organized by Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry each spring and autumn, “Ulaanbaatar-Shiliin river partnership-2007”organized in Shiliin Gol province of Inner Mongolian Autonomy by the Association for Defending Customers’ Right and Interest, Manufacturers’ Association of Leather and Hide production of Mongolia-Autumn-2007, 2008 and many other expositions and exhibitions.

MAIN GOAL

Our main goal is to produce national brand products which are famous for Mongolians, compatible for customers’ satisfaction on all types and make our products permanent necessities of the customers.
